Phase 1: Understand
We begin with a 60-minute session to understand what brings you in, your current concerns, and how therapy can support your healing. You are welcome to share at your own pace — no pressure, no rush.

Phase 2: Clarify
Together, we identify what matters most to you — whether it’s emotional balance, relationship healing, anxiety relief, or self-growth. These goals shape the direction of our work.
Phase 3: Skill Building & Regular Sessions
You choose your preferred session length (60, 90, or 120 minutes) and frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or flexible).
Using evidence-based approaches (ACT, CBT, REBT, Mindfulness), we focus on practical tools, emotional insight, and gentle challenges — all at your pace.

Phase 4: Apply & Reflect
As therapy progresses, you begin applying what you’re learning to your everyday life — setting boundaries, managing emotions, and responding with greater awareness and confidence.
Phase 5: Sustain
Once you begin to feel more grounded, we shift toward long-term strategies. We may space out sessions, plan a healthy closing, or set up check-ins. You’re always welcome to return when needed
